Construction firm M/s. G. S. Builders & Associates (GSBA) was established in 1969 as a Partnership Company. In 1987, M/s. GSBA launched a new private limited company called M/s. G. S. Developers & Contractors Pvt. Ltd. (GSDC) after reaching a predetermined revenue threshold. The goal was to take on bigger civil, building, and construction projects."Shri Iqbal Singh," the company's founding chairman, spent fifty years working actively in the construction industry. His expertise was widely diversified in numerous projects at the Shillong Radar Station, the Rourkela Steel Plant, the Ranchi Heavy Engineering Works, and the Chittaranjan Loco Works.This allows the company's management control over the caliber of the works.
