Guidelines of Surface Preparation of Epoxy Enamel Paint

  1. Make sure the surface to be painted is free of dust, grease, and loose debris.
  2. Sand the surface with 180 grit sandpaper and then wipe clean.
  3. Corroded areas should be cleaned with a power tool to remove loose rust.
  4. Wipe clean with turpentine.
  5. Dents and flaws can be treated with the right fillers.
  6. After thinning 1litre with 50-100 ml of PU Thinner for brushing, or 100-200 ml PU Thinner for spraying, apply two coats of Epoxy Enamel.
  7. Maintain 6-8 hours between coatings.
